Corporate Attorney
Duties: Will be a part of worldwide team of customer facing attorneys and contracts professionals. Report to the Director, Legal for the Americas region; and it focuses on company's growing equipment leasing and finance business in the Americas. Will provide support to company's worldwide Director. Will also work closely with the business leaders of NCS in the U.S. and Canadian markets to support revenue generating business and North American funding relationships. Responsibilities will include advising management of contractual rights and obligations, and providing interpretation of terms and conditions. As necessary, will participate in direct legal representation of company with commercial and public sector business partners, including end user customers and funding partners.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
