LogRhythm is looking to bring on a Software Quality Assurance Engineer that will be testing software that makes the world safer from hackers, identity thieves and scammers. While our product is already a recognized leader in network security, this role will be contributing to one of the preeminent local engineering groups in Boulder that is further differentiating us from our competition.

Build solid test environments of real and virtual systems, install advanced software on Windows and UNIX systems.
Be a strong contributor on an agile development team.
Develop and execute test cases for distributed application software.
Improve and document processes to accelerate software release delivery.
Research and recommend tools, behaviors, and strategies for making testing better.
Who You Are
Technical Skills: You have experience with: testing enterprise class software, client-server architecture, Microsoft SQL, UNIX, Windows, virtual systems.
Quality Assurance: You /really/ get QA processes and standards. You talk about them with the style of a curious subject matter expert.
Problem Solver: You enjoy this aspect and perform this task with enough confidence to stand behind your reasoning. Unless you clearly see you are wrong.
Test Driven : You are experienced in test case writing, with and without detailed specifications.
Geek: You don't think this is a four-letter word but aspire to display your technical prowess in the form of creative, pragmatic solutions and learning as many applications, methodologies, and languages as possible.
Agile: You are familiar with and enjoy Agile/Scrum development processes.
