If you answered yes, you may be who NetApp is looking for! We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Program Manager to drive key Core Engineering executive level programs and initiatives. The role requires an individual with excellent program and project management abilities and an outstanding track record of delivering results. The Role Provide leadership and program management ownership over large, critical and complex engineering programs, including managing the Core Engineering overall program portfolio Works closely with a variety of engineering teams and executive leadership across the Hybrid Cloud Engineering organization, Product Management and other partner functions Manage and drive sophisticated decision-making and problem solving in an efficient, confident and timely manner. Effectively handle change, risk, decision-making and status reporting, providing project clarity and transparency to different levels in the organization and partners. Evaluate existing processes and procedures. Make recommendations and drive process improvement and adoption methodologies (processes, tools, etc.) to remove bottlenecks to systemically improve how we deliver value to our customers and improve team efficiency and effectiveness. Identify, develop and implement tools and metrics to drive engineering project/program management success Participate in engineering process working groups to develop, review and approve changes to engineering processes Job Requirements We recognize that not everyone fits neatly into any checklist, but here are some of the skills and experience we think will help make you successful in this role.? Solid ability to provide structure and vital process without compromising execution or the needs of the team, customer or product Proven record to lead multi-functional teams through influence versus direct management Experience with development methodologies and tactics for roadmap, requirements and product development management are required Requires?a highly collaborative person working in environments ranging from Developers to Architects to Executive Leadership to drive delivery of programs and deliverables Demonstrates a strong bias to action; not afraid to tackle unknowns Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Education 12
years' experience of program management experience that centers around large engineering programs and initiatives Bachelor's in engineering or computer science or Master's of business administration with experience in engineering program management
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
