This is a full-time, long-term position responsible for providing top-quality plant care to in-store inventory, corporate clients, and individual customers.
The hired specialist will also be involved in designing and installing plant installations in both homes and corporate offices, as well as delivering large plants locally.
Key
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the health and beauty of our in-store inventory through proper watering, pruning, and fertilization.
Implementing our organic integrated pest management protocol to keep our plants healthy and pest-free.
Designing and presenting in-home and corporate plant installations, including conducting consultations, assessing light requirements, and selecting appropriate plant species.
Providing weekly plant maintenance to our corporate clients, and some individuals, to ensure the longevity and vibrancy of their plants.
Delivering large plants to customers locally, with care and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Qualifications for this position include:
Extensive knowledge of tropical plant care and pest identification.
Valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs, as some of the plants and pottery can be heavy.
A passion for plants and a desire to learn and grow in this field are also important.
