Responsibilities include:
oAssistance obtaining meaningful community employment oBuilding resumes, scheduling interviews with potential employers, mock interviews oAssist clients understand the functions and additional tasks of their jobs oAssist clients communicate with coworkers and management oAssist clients in advocating for their needs while at work oMaintain proper community supervision requirements oTransportation to and from work/interviews may be required for some clients Job Requirements:
oAt least 18 years of age of older oHigh energy, positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and a passion for caring for others oPass a Criminal and Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) background check oValid Driver's License, reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance.
All Providers will need to provide transportation in your own vehicle to either Day Program or errands in the community (all time spent transporting clients is part of compensation) oAble to provide all elements of hands-on care per client's individual needs oAble to bend, sit, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds.
oTransferring clients for supported employment is assessed on a case by case basis and is not required for all positions.
oAble to resolve problems, handle conflict, and be mentally adaptable in dealing with multiple individuals with challenging behaviors oEmotional stability and personal stability are important attributes for Direct Care Providers oAble to complete daily notes and goals tracking through Spectrum's provided online tools and monthly paperwork Recommended Skills Adult Protective Services Interpersonal Skills Passionate Positive Attitude Problem Solving Success Driven Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
