You are a seasoned professional with at least 4 years of experience selling IT managed services and solutions.
You have a proven track record of identifying client's needs, architecting the best solution and closing opportunities - exceeding quota consistently.

Driving revenue growth by identifying and managing new opportunities in the education, government, healthcare, construction and renewable energy markets - guiding each prospect through their sales journey - hunting, developing solutions and closing Developing a deep understanding of our infrastructure services, solutions and your client's business needs - achieving trusted advisor status with each of them Nurturing each client relationship after the close to ensure their delight with our solutions Collaborating internally with engineering to assemble proposals that meet specific business needs Evangelizing Root Groups products, solutions and services at trade shows, with industry groups and through vendor collaborations Documenting your work in our CRM to ensure we are accurately forecasting revenue Making renewables a bigger part of the energy supply chain! QualificationsFor success you'll need:
An undergraduate degree and 4
years of success selling IT solutions or managed services - quota busters get our attention! Demonstrated business development skills with the ability to identify, nurture and close new business Strong solutions-based selling competency and proficiency at translating technically complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders Intense curiosity - a follower of technology trends and how they will help our customers Technical savvy and an understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and midmarket CRM - we use Zoho A talent for solving problems - no challenge is too hard to overcome! Exceptional personal, written and presentation skills - authentic, confident and poised Strong work ethic and pride of ownership - you don't need daily supervision Additional InformationYou'll enjoy:
