This role is eligible for annual bonus and annual merit increase.
Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors.

How You'll Perform the RoleNovolex is a leading manufacturer of a broad range of flexible and rigid, paper and plastic packaging products for consumer-focused end-markets with annual sales approaching $5 billion dollars.
Our Eco-Products business unit, based in Boulder, Colorado has annual sales approaching $500 million and is one of our fastest growing product lines.
Eco-Products has been providing customers with sustainable choices in foodservice packaging and paper products made from renewable resources and post-consumer recycled content.

The Director of Finance is a key leadership position in the Eco-Products business unit which includes the Vegware business.
The role serves as the financial leader of Eco Products and is a key financial advisor and business partner to the commercial and operational business teams providing both financial and business guidance.
The position, based in Boulder, Colorado has a team of accounting and finance professionals in the US and the UK.
This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Finance for Food & Delivery.
Actively participates and provides leadership in the development of business strategies and plans, and their execution.
Develop, create and maintains a strong, cost-effective controls environment ensuring compliance with US GAAP and Novolex internal accounting policies, procedures and reporting regulations.
Maintain overall responsibility for the financial operations of the Eco-Products including all monthly accounting (month-end closing process) and FP&A activities, forecasting and budgeting, cash flow management.
Plan, coordinate, lead weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reporting & analytics, communicating opportunities, risks and performance issues to business segment leadership.
Prepares and communicates analyses of business performance for business segment team members as well as corporate executive level teams.
Leads Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process for Eco-Product business unit, responsible for coordinating this core business process across all functional teams.
Participate in M&A projects including due diligence and integration processes.
What We Need From YouCandidate Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required, CPA preferred.

years' financial experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment, required.
Strong hands on technical skills (US GAAP, financial systems, FP&A, manufacturing cost accounting, cash flows) with a strong operational orientation.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
