Responsibilities:
Leading the exploration, design, and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning models and frameworks to deliver significant value to our users.
Collaborating closely with fellow ML engineers, software developers, and product managers to oversee the end-to-end development process of ML-powered services, from conception to production.
Leveraging state-of-the-art ML models, advanced techniques, and even LLMs (Language Model-based Machine Learning) to address various use cases within the world's largest enterprises across diverse applications.
Harnessing modern software and data-engineering stacks in conjunction with Workday's extensive computing resources to facilitate training, deployment, and lifecycle management of ML models.
Creating and deploying new APIs/Microservices at scale for seamless integration into production environments.
Taking full ownership of the performance and continuous enhancement of your developed products.
Acting as a mentor and guide to other specialists in the team, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Enjoying autonomy and responsibility over your projects, allowing you to contribute to the company's success and growth.
