About the TeamWorkday is a leading Enterprise Cloud Applications provider developing and deploying a wide range of business applications.
The OMS Dev Platform team owns and handles the lifecycle of the Workday Metadata Platform, one of the key components at the core of the technology stack.
If you appreciate the complexity of a highly available, scalable distributed platform which involves storing & retrieving sophisticated data and wonder about all the things needed to support the growing number of enterprise customers, give us a shout!About the RoleAs a member of this team, you'll work with extraordinarily innovative and experienced engineers to address the growing scale & performance needs of the platform, while improving its capabilities to better support Product pillars.
You will address unique challenges as Workday continues to onboard larger customers, support more customizations, and partners with new product acquisitions.
Develop test plans comprising detailed and well-structured test cases Work on Performance, Load, Stress, and Scalability Testing as needed Improve automation test suites for regression-free continuous delivery Collaborate with multi-functional teams to test real world test scenarios Help address production issues and bring back lessons to improve existing test plans About YouYou are a self-motivated & organized individual with focus on learning & growth.
You have experience with verifying distributed systems, debugging pipeline & production issues.
Basic Qualifications 3
years of experience writing Test Automation Demonstrated ability of testing large scale distributed systems Proven track record of working in multi-functional teams and agile delivery Strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline Experience in Java & related tooling Experience in Observability stack such as WaveFront, Solas, ELK, Grafana, Splunk Other Qualifications BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in a fast-paced work environment Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Internal candidates:

Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
