The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing direct, patient care with compassion and in a manner, that respects resident's dignity and privacy and follows the plan of care.

We are looking for Full-Time (32 hours/week) Day and Evening shifts.
Part-Time and PRN will also be consideredOur Resident to CNA ratio is 7 residents to 1 CNA.
You will have teammates and a RN as well to support you.
Here's what you'll do:
Treats residents with dignity, respect, gentleness, and kindness.
Supports and respects the resident's unique diversity, including spiritual and cultural beliefs.
Performs transferring, positioning and ambulation utilizing appropriate equipment per standards of practice and with patient safety as priority.
Understands good body mechanics and use of safety transfer devices to prevent injury to self and patient.
Completes documentation in an accurate and timely manner per organizational standards using electronic medical record.
Observes and reports the resident's' condition or changes to immediate supervisor.
Follows individual patient care plans to provide assistance with all activities of daily living.
Responds to call lights in a timely manner that meets organizational standards.
Takes and records all vitals as required.
Maintains residents' rooms to provide a clean, safe and accessible environment.
Attends staff meetings, In-Service training and continuing education.
Completes on-line as assigned.
Assists in the dining room and contributes to a pleasurable dining experience for the residents.
Completes other duties as assigned.
Here's what you need:
Must possess a current Nurse's Aide Certification Must have ability to read, write, and speak the English language Minimum of 1-year experience preferred Must be able to demonstrate computer competency including electronic medical records charting and company e-mail Must successfully pass organization required background screening Must successfully complete organization health screening requirements We work with a vulnerable population, and to protect our residents, the COVID-19 vaccine, annual Influenza (Flu) vaccine, Drug Screen and Background Check are conditions of employment.
Important Notes for CNAs':
We will provide you with shift differential for evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
Compensation and Benefits Starting Pay Range:
$18 - $22 per hour PLUS shift differentials:
Evening shift differential +$1.
75/hour Overnight shift differential +2.
75/hour Weekend shift differential +1.
75/hour Frasier offers a comprehensive benefits package to all employees working at least 32 hours per week.
Frasier's benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, supplemental life insurance, employee assistance program, a 401K retirement plan and PTO.
Part-time employees, scheduled to work less than 30 hours per week, receive a benefits package which includes group term life, a 401K retirement plan and sick time.
Employees scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week are also eligible for medical benefits.
