Qualifications:

years leadership level experience in residential production building Knowledge of building to LEED Certifications Proficient in Procore, Asana, or similar project management platforms Experience in Colorado's real estate and construction industry Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Primary
Responsibilities:
o Lead, manage, and hold accountable the construction and purchasing departments o Support and oversee the Director of Construction and a Director of Purchasing o Forecast and strategize construction activities, revenues, and future projects o Collaborate with the architecture, development, sales, and marketing department o Build and implement systems and processes that improve construction team performance o Hire and train construction and purchasing team members as the company growsCompensation and
Benefits:
Compensation for this position will be commensurate based on experience but will be competitively structured.
Base salary for this position will range between $185,000-$225,000 with potential for bonus.
Additional benefits include paid vacation, paid holidays, and a 401k with employer matching offered.
