Summary:
To assist in the daily operations of the Acura service drive with customer greeting, customer write up, phone answering, scheduling appointments.
The overall goal is you will take care of our Acura Express customers and be a strong support in many different areas for the service drive as outlined below and being part of a Acura Team.
Work Schedule:
Every other week work schedule Monday - Friday:
7:
30am - 5:
00pm or 6:
00pm.
Then the other two weeks work Tuesday - Saturday with Saturday being an 8:
00am - 4:
00pm schedule.
MUST HAVE CURRENT 2 - 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THIS TYPE OF POSITION - Hourly pay with various bonuses that are paid out weekly ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Answers telephones on service drive with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Respond to Emails from customers, as well as working within Auto Loop our appointment scheduling system.
Directs calls to appropriate service personnel with enthusiasm and professionalism Schedules service appointments in our dealer management system (DMS), Reynolds & Reynolds Support all service advisors & your specific team with cashiering, service repair order write-up, and greeting customers in the service drive area.
Support in writing up all Acura Express service customers and cashiering them.
Fill in for any main Acura service advisor in their absence.
Maintains customer waiting lounges throughout the day making sure that the area is clean, clutter-free, and picked up with magazines, newspapers, cups, cookies are made etc.

EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Or two plus related experience or training Or equivalent combination of education and experience LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Ability to write simple correspondence Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
