Supplier Relations & Growth Manager

This position is primarily responsible for managing the implementation of an enhanced cross-departmental supplier relations program and supporting the Sales Department in the execution of supplier advertising, sponsorships, and memberships.
The Sales department is responsible for executing revenue-generating programs such as print and digital advertising, sponsored content, and event sponsorships across two major events (Craft Brewers Conference & BrewExpo America, Great American Beer Festival), as well as three major competitions (National Homebrew Competition, Great American Beer Festival Competition, World Beer Cup).
Additionally, once the enhanced supplier relations program is in place, Supplier Membership sales will be the responsibility of the Sales Department.
The person in this position will join a four-person team and have duties including internal and external client service, order processing, advertising creative collection and organization, sponsorship activation and tracking, and new prospect research.
Position Duties (primary and secondary):
Initiative, drive, and support programs for Supplier Members and Non-members for the Sales Department and Membership Department.
Manage day-to-day coordination amongst multiple departments to execute and develop Supplier Membership benefits, communications, and marketing strategies.
Serve as Supplier Membership liaison.
Manage fulfillment of membership benefits in coordination with various departments, including Marketing, IT, Membership, Sales, and Education.
Develop and execute Supplier Membership renewal and new member outreach plan.
Serve as point of contact for Supplier Membership questions, correspondence, etc.
Drive and execute list management optimization strategies and develop system enhancements through Salesforce.
Produce content, in concert with key BA stakeholders, for bi-weekly Supplier eNewsletters.
Conduct outreach to current and prospective Supplier Members.
Monitor, track, and report on key Supplier Membership metrics.
Sell benefits of Supplier Membership to both lapsed members and prospective Members.
Develop efficiencies in Salesforce for new Supplier Program implementation.
Assist with entry into Salesforce of print advertising, digital advertising, and event sponsorship orders.
Collaborate with Events, Marketing, and Creative departments to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines of each department.
Support Sales Team with execution of event sponsorships, including planning of on-site activations, coordinating with vendors, collecting advertising and onsite branding creative, distributing tickets and credentials, and more.
Assist in developing sales and communications materials (print and digital) for each publication and event.
Research prospective sponsors, advertisers, and supplier Members.
Contribute ideas and input in the development of new Membership benefits, as well as event sponsorship, sponsored content, and advertising opportunities.
Assist with the development of Sponsorship outlines for all new assets/opportunities, including all necessary internal coordination and securing of approvals from other contributing departments.
Travel Required:
Great American Beer Festival (Denver), Craft Brewers Conference (different location each year), and annual site visits as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
