SGovernment in building innovative new tools to deliver unique world-class data exploitation capabilitiesSciTec has an immediate opportunity for a talented software test engineer to support our programs delivering Next-Generation Missile Warning softwareThis is a unique opportunity to join a small business delivering core capabilities for National defenseYou will work within a fast-paced team delivering end-to-end software processing of Overhead Persistent InfraRed (OPIR) sensor data for Missile Warning, Missile Defense, Battlespace Awareness, and Technical IntelligenceThe position is on-site in Boulder, COResponsibilitieso Performing functional decomposition of requirements to meet system and domain level needso Creating test plans and test caseso Executing tests and supporting test execution in multiple environmentso Developing test automation suiteso Participating in test engineering artifact reviewso Conducting performance analyses, risk analyses, and trade studieso Maintaining test documentation in accordance with management procedureso Completing assigned tasks to meet program schedule milestoneso Other duties as assigned Requirementso A Bachelor's degree in the physical sciences, mathematics, engineering, or computer scienceo 5 years of experience or exposure to software test engineering roles and functionso 3 years of experience in software development or test automation (preferably in Python)o Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a team environmento Good verbal and written communication skillso Detail orientedo The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance Candidates with the following qualifications will be preferredo Experience with testing Overhead Persistent InfraRed (OPIR) processing systemso Experience with formal requirements verification for Government programso An active DoD security clearance Benefits SciTec offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package, including:
