Savvly, a Boulder-based FinTech startup, seeks an experienced Sales Lead to run and lead its go-to-market in the financial-advisor and insurance channels, working closely with the firm's founders to introduce its innovative long-term cash product.

About This Role ? Ensure the success and adoption of the Savvly's product? Drive strategic decisions for sales support processes? Inform sales materials and email strategies, working closely with Marketing? Be comfortable in direct to consumer sales as well as large corporate B2B (read make Power Point)? Hire sales team members and set quotas, as organization grows? Present at conferences, webinars, events? Travel up to 30% of the time, especially as the firm growsSavvly believes in balancing in-person work with flexibility.
We anticipate you would spend at least 3 - 4 days a month in our Boulder office.

Minimum Qualifications? Series 65 equivalent AND Life insurance license (no exceptions)? 8
years of sales in financial services? Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding quota? Ability to speak fluently as to the benefits of a complex financial instrument? Excellent public speaking - you will be on stage often? Excellent written and verbal communicationDesirable Qualifications ? Experience working in retirement, asset management, insurance, financial planning? Experience working with startups or fintech?
