PURPOSE OF POSITIONOrganize and maintain inventory of parts and products at a warehouse location in Boulder, including but not limited to shipping and receiving, inventory control, and basic refurbishment of returns.
TOP PRIORITY FUNCTIONS:
ReceivingCollaborate with the logistics team and monitor daily inbound expectations and receiving priorityAssist carriers with package offload for LTL or parcel shipmentsInspect inbound shipments for damage and verify part numbers and quantity per the packing slip and purchase orderAssure all required vendor documentation is present with each shipmentRecord receiving data, scan and file packing slips and hard copy PO's, and mark partials or close purchase orders in SalesForceIdentify items that require quality inspection and move to the receiving inspection hold area.
Provide notification to supervisor for all damaged goods receivedUpdate items to appropriate WH stock locationsMaintain a clean and organized receiving dockInventoryMonitor product stockMaintain weekly inventory reportingShippingPackage outbound LTL or parcel shipments for safe transportAssist carriers with LTL or parcel shipment loadingRefurbishing of returned goodsSupport with parts testingPerform standard refurbishment, boxing, and shipping out of returned goodsCommunicate any issues with Amazon returns to the director of eCommerceTO PERFORM FUNCTIONS EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY:

Experience:
Experience in evaluating and planning inventory and storage of materialsFamiliarity with a variety of logistics providers and international customs considerations (both incoming and outgoing)Experience with a CRM or inventory management system; SalesForce experience preferredWORKING CONDITIONS/SAFETY HAZARDS:
Warehouse/Office settingLong periods of StandingFrequently Lifting 50lbs +Safety (OSHA)Some travel (training will be completed at company headquarters in Boulder, CO)SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, SKILLS, OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
