The job involves answering phone calls from existing and prospective customers, listening carefully to these callers to see if we can help them, scheduling sales calls and other yard visits by our arborists and entering job proposals into the database.
The employee would also help maintain and update the status of jobs in the database, schedule them and create invoices when they are completed.
Necessary skills for the job would include the ability to communicate in a thorough and polite way, to analyze and enter information accurately and to navigate around a database fluidly.
Applicants must have experience working in customer relations, be able to work 40 hours per week and be receptive to instruction and guidance.
They should have at least two years of college or equivalent and have good aptitude for science.
