This position is contingent upon client acceptance and clearance crossover.
Overview:
In support of the Space Based Infrared (SBIRS) program in Boulder, CO, this is a position for a Communications/Network Engineer. Candidate should have experience in designing and integrating Juniper SRX and MX series equipment, and CISCO-based networks. Candidate should be proficient in networking Windows, Linux, UNIX, and other platforms. Candidate will be tasked to apply experience to assist in development and operational architecture planning and detailed design for a variety of unique operational projects. Candidate should have some operational hands-on experience with network hardware and software installation, configuration and support. This should include Juniper/Cisco testing and trouble shooting, LAN, VLAN, and WAN Internetworking, switches, routers, firewalls, Network Management, and Quality.
