I have a room available for immediate move-in in an open and spacious 3 bedroom house. The house has vaulted ceilings and lots of windows, so the place gets a ton of light. The available bedroom shares a bathroom with one of the other 2 bedrooms. There is a large basement and a 2 car attached garage, so lots of storage if needed. Gas fireplace, central heating/AC, washer/dryer. Fenced in backyard with a bit of patio space. You would be sharing the house with two other female roommates and a dog. One is an early 30s software developer and Blake's owner, the other is a mid-20s teacher. Blake is a bit skittish so he may be slow to open to you, but is a sweetheart when he does. He doesn't always do well with other dogs, so another pet would be difficult. The house is located in northeast Boulder, about a 5 minute walk from the Valmont disc golf course.
